I recently got a new computer, and wanted to play with friends through Minecraft for Windows 10, but I can't figure out how to download it. Whenever I go to the game 'Minecraft for Windows 10' it says I don't own it; when I go to the game titled as 'Minecraft', it says I own it. But when I click on 'Install on my devices', I get a pop-up saying. Already own Minecraft? Download it again for Windows, Mac and Linux. Download server software for Java and Bedrock and play with your friends. If you own Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition, you simply need to start the game and a window will pop up about the new Minecraft. Press the button in this window and you will be redirected to the eShop where you can download the new Minecraft. Alternatively, you can visit the eShop and search for a game called only 'Minecraft'. Click DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS or DOWNLOAD FOR MAC. The button you see here will correlate with your operating system. Doing so will prompt the Minecraft setup file to download to your computer, after which point you can begin installing it.
Introduction: How to Download a Minecraft Map

Step 1: Download the Map

Step 2: Find It
By default the file goes to your downloads folder so you can find it there. Cut the map Then we will use it in the next step.
Step 3: Paste
Now go to your .minecraft folder. If you don't know how to get to it in the Windows search type in %appdata% then open the one labeled .minecraft now simply open the saves folder an paste the map in.
Step 4: Play!
Now load up minecraft and your map should be there! If it's not try restarting minecraft, or unzipping the map in your saves.
